First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 25, 2026 · Updated 33 times

Summary

This study is creating a research database of 245 people with degenerative cervical myelopathy (a spinal cord condition) and a comparison group with spine disease but no cord damage. Researchers will collect functional and biological measures to develop a model that better predicts how the disease will progress and how patients will respond to surgery. The goal is to improve treatment decisions and outcomes.
