Summary
This study is testing a blood test that looks for tiny amounts of leftover cancer DNA after liver cancer surgery. Researchers want to see if this test can better predict which patients' cancer is likely to return. The study will also help identify which patients might benefit most from additional immunotherapy treatment after surgery.
