Summary
This study looked at 3000 people with advanced non-small cell lung cancer to see if a combination of chest CT scans, lung function tests, and blood markers could predict how well immunotherapy plus chemotherapy works and who might develop a serious lung inflammation called pneumonitis. The goal is to help doctors personalize treatment and reduce risks.
