Summary
This study will observe nearly 5,000 adults undergoing surgery to understand why some intubations with video laryngoscopes are difficult. Researchers will develop a new scoring system to predict challenges and improve safety. No new treatments are tested; the goal is to gather knowledge to guide future airway management.
