Summary

This study aims to find a brain test that can predict which Alzheimer's patients will respond best to the medication memantine. Researchers will measure brain activity after a test dose in 53 patients with mild-to-moderate Alzheimer's. The goal is to match patients with the treatment most likely to help their memory and thinking symptoms over six months.
