First seen Apr 11, 2026 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 10 times

Summary

This study looks at whether combining high-intensity exercise with time-restricted eating before and during pregnancy can lower the risk of high blood sugar (gestational diabetes). Researchers will follow 167 women who plan to become pregnant within six months and have certain risk factors. The goal is to see if these lifestyle changes help keep blood sugar levels healthy during pregnancy.
