Summary
This study compares two surgical approaches for prostate cancer. The standard surgery removes the entire prostate but often causes sexual and urinary problems. The newer 'precision' surgery aims to remove most of the prostate while preserving nerves and structures that control these functions. Researchers want to see if the newer approach provides better quality of life without compromising cancer control.
