Precision breathing in CPR may boost survival

Summary

This study tests whether using a device to precisely control how much air a person gets during CPR can improve their chances of survival. About 852 adults who have a cardiac arrest in the hospital will be randomly assigned to either standard manual breathing help or breathing tailored to their body size using a real-time monitor. The main goal is to see if more patients have their heartbeat restored and survive to leave the hospital.
