New hope for pancreatic cancer: precision drug cocktails under study

Summary
This study tests new drug combinations (ADC drugs alone or with other therapies) in 160 people with advanced pancreatic cancer that has spread or cannot be removed. The goal is to find safe doses and see if tumors shrink. Participants must be 18-75, in good overall health, and have measurable tumors.
