Summary
This study compares two ways to give steroid injections for knee osteoarthritis: a standard higher dose guided by touch, versus a lower dose guided by ultrasound. The goal is to see if the lower dose works just as well while causing fewer side effects. About 140 adults aged 50 and older with knee arthritis will take part.
