NCT ID NCT07544576

First seen Apr 22, 2026 · Last updated May 17, 2026 · Updated 4 times

Summary

This study compares two ways to give steroid injections for knee osteoarthritis: a standard higher dose given by feel (landmark guidance) versus a lower dose given with ultrasound guidance. The goal is to see if the lower dose works just as well while reducing side effects. About 140 adults aged 50 and older with knee arthritis are taking part.
