Summary
This study aims to see if a computer program that calculates a personalized dose of infliximab based on blood tests can help children with Crohn's disease achieve deep remission better than the usual dosing method. About 180 children and young adults newly diagnosed with Crohn's will take part. The approach uses precision medicine to tailor treatment to each patient's needs.
