Summary
This study looks at whether taking prebiotics for 56 days can improve sleep quality, gut health, thinking skills, immune function, and stress in healthy adults who say they sleep poorly. 68 volunteers will be randomly assigned to take one of three prebiotic formulas or a placebo. The main goal is to measure sleep quality using lab tests.
