Summary

This study is testing if doing shoulder exercises for 6-8 weeks before breast cancer surgery helps patients recover better. It will check if these exercises reduce body inflammation, lessen pain, improve shoulder movement, and boost quality of life after the operation. The goal is to see if this simple pre-surgery preparation makes the recovery process easier.
