Summary

This study is testing if doing gentle shoulder exercises for 6-8 weeks before breast cancer surgery helps patients recover better. It will check if these exercises reduce pain, improve shoulder movement, lower body inflammation, and boost quality of life after the operation. The goal is to see if this simple 'prehabilitation' can make recovery smoother.
