Summary
This study looked at whether a structured physical therapy program before surgery could help an 11-year-old girl with a deformed upper arm bone. The girl attended 12 therapy sessions over six weeks. The goal was to improve her shoulder movement, strength, pain, and daily function. Results were measured before, during, and after the program.
