Inclusion Criteria: 1. Adult patients between 21 and 50 years of age undergoing elective functional endoscopic sinus surgery. 2. American Society of Anesthesiologists physical status classification (ASA) I and II. Exclusion Criteria: 1. Patient's refusal. 2. Complicated sinus surgery. 3. History of allergy to any of the study drugs. 4. Baseline HR≤60 beat/min. 5. Baseline mean arterial pressure (MAP)≤70 mmHg. 6. Psychiatric illness. 7. Cerebrovascular insufficiency. 8. Pregnancy.
