First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Jun 18, 2026 · Updated 37 times

Summary

This study tests whether giving chemotherapy and radiation before surgery can help surgeons remove all of the pancreatic cancer. About 30 adults with resectable pancreatic cancer will receive the drugs gemcitabine and nab-paclitaxel plus targeted radiation, then surgery, then more chemo. The goal is to see if this approach increases the chance of a complete removal and improves survival.
