Pre-Surgery workouts may boost spine surgery recovery
NCT ID NCT06808022
First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study looks at whether strengthening your back muscles before spine surgery can lead to better results, like less pain and faster recovery. About 70 people having spine surgery will take part. Researchers will compare those who do pre-surgery exercises with those who don't to see if it reduces the need for more surgery and improves daily function.
