This study looked at whether a Christian prayer app called Pray.Com could help improve mental health and well-being in racial and ethnic minority adults. 77 participants used the app daily for four weeks. Researchers measured how acceptable and practical the app was, and checked for changes in stress, anxiety, depression, and spiritual well-being.
