Summary
This study looked at whether using a Christian prayer app called Pray.Com could help improve mental health and spiritual well-being in racial/ethnic minority adults. 77 participants used the app daily for four weeks and completed surveys. The main goal was to see if the app was easy to use and if people liked it, not to cure or treat any disease.
