Summary
This study tested whether pramipexole, a drug for restless legs syndrome, could reduce symptoms of both restless legs and opioid withdrawal in people recovering from opioid use disorder. The goal was to help them feel better and stay in treatment. The study was planned for 75 adults but was terminated early, so results are limited.
