Summary
This study tests a program called PRAGMATIC-S that connects doctors' offices with schools to help children with asthma get better care. About 420 children aged 4 to 12 with persistent or uncontrolled asthma will take part. The goal is to improve asthma control and quality of life by making sure kids follow guideline-based treatments both at home and at school.
