Summary

This study is testing a drug called pozelimab in young children (1-5 years old) with a rare and serious genetic disease called CHAPLE. The main goal is to see if the drug is safe and well-tolerated in this young age group. Researchers will also check how the drug works in the body and if it helps improve certain protein levels in the blood.
