First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 29 times

Summary

This study tests two experimental drugs, pozelimab and cemdisiran, in 35 adults with paroxysmal nocturnal hemoglobinuria (PNH) whose disease is still active despite standard C5 inhibitor therapy. The goal is to see if the combination can better control red blood cell destruction and improve lab markers. Participants will receive the drugs by injection and be monitored for safety and effectiveness over several months.
