Summary
This study is testing whether a 12-week exercise program called 'MegaPower training' can help children with cerebral palsy walk better and participate more in daily activities like playing with friends. Researchers will compare the exercise program to the children's usual care to see which is more effective. The goal is to see if this specific type of training helps children achieve their personal activity goals and improves their walking speed, endurance, and fitness.
