Summary
This study tests whether a gentle electrical current applied to the scalp during a short nap can boost brain activity linked to deep sleep and reduce mental tiredness. About 25 adults who don't feel rested after sleep will take two napping visits while wearing a special cap to measure brain waves. The goal is to see if this approach can improve sleep quality and mood.
