Summary
This study tests a special posture training program for butchers who often have neck and upper back pain from their work. The program focuses on improving muscle control and posture. Researchers will measure pain, sleep quality, and daily function in 50 butchers in Istanbul. The goal is to see if this training can reduce work-related discomfort.
