Summary
This study tests which posture exercises work best for forward head posture, a common problem from using smartphones and laptops. 56 adults aged 18-40 who use devices 2-3 hours daily will do chin tucks and neck holds for 4 weeks. Researchers will measure changes in head alignment and neck pain to find the most effective exercise.
