First seen Oct 31, 2025 · Last updated May 11, 2026 · Updated 26 times
Summary
This study tests which posture exercises work best for forward head posture, a common problem from using smartphones and laptops. Fifty-six adults aged 18-40 who use devices at least 2-3 hours daily will do chin tucks and neck holds for four weeks. Researchers will measure changes in head alignment and neck pain to see if these exercises help realign the head and ease discomfort.
