First seen Jan 11, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 21 times
Summary
This study looks at whether combining posture correction exercises with special breathing training can help people with COPD who also have a forward head posture. Researchers will compare three types of breathing training over 8 weeks in 72 adults aged 40-60. The goal is to see if these exercises reduce shortness of breath, improve chest expansion, and boost lung function.
