First seen Jan 11, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 19 times

Summary

This study looks at whether adding posture correction exercises to breathing muscle training can reduce shortness of breath and improve lung function in people with COPD who also have forward head posture. About 72 adults aged 40-60 with mild-to-moderate COPD will be split into three groups, each doing different breathing exercises over 8 weeks. The goal is to find a better way to help patients breathe easier and feel better.
