NCT ID NCT06445530

Summary

This study is testing whether providing healthy, prepared meals and grocery support to new mothers can help them manage their weight and prevent developing type 2 diabetes after having gestational diabetes. Researchers are enrolling 40 Black women who recently had gestational diabetes and will compare two different food support approaches. The goal is to see if this kind of practical help improves diet, reduces stress, and supports long-term health.
