Summary

This study is testing whether providing healthy, prepared meals and grocery support to new mothers can help them lose pregnancy weight and prevent developing type 2 diabetes. It focuses on Black women who had diabetes during pregnancy and face food insecurity. Researchers will compare two food delivery approaches to see which is more effective and sustainable for families.
