Summary

This study compares two mobile health strategies to help new mothers manage high blood pressure after giving birth. Researchers will enroll 770 women who developed high blood pressure during pregnancy and are taking medication. The study aims to see which approach better controls blood pressure, improves heart function, and helps women feel more in control of their health.
