Phone-Based help for new Moms' blood pressure

Summary
This study is testing two different mobile health strategies to help new mothers manage high blood pressure after giving birth. It will involve 770 women who developed high blood pressure during pregnancy and are now on medication. The research aims to see which approach works better for controlling blood pressure and helping women feel more in control of their health.
