Heart surgery confusion: what raises the risk?

Summary
This study follows 1500 adults having planned heart surgery to learn why some become confused or delirious afterward. Researchers will track patients before and after surgery to find risk factors and see how delirium affects recovery over time. The goal is to better predict and prevent this complication.
