Summary
This study tests a postbiotic supplement called ABB C3 in 70 children and teens with obesity. Half take the supplement and half take a placebo for 3 months, with an optional 3-month extension. Researchers will measure body fat, blood sugar, and safety to see if ABB C3 can help manage obesity and related health issues.
