Summary
This study tests whether two drugs, venetoclax and azacitidine, can help prevent leukemia from returning in 100 adults who have already had a stem cell transplant. Participants have high-risk acute myeloid leukemia or related blood cancers and are in remission after transplant. The goal is to see if this combination improves how long people stay cancer-free without serious side effects.
