New drug cocktail aims to stop leukemia relapse after transplant

Summary

This study tests whether two drugs, venetoclax and azacitidine, can help prevent leukemia from returning in 100 adults who have already had a stem cell transplant. Participants must be between 18 and 75 years old and in remission after transplant. The goal is to see if this combination improves how long people stay cancer-free.
