Summary
This study aimed to understand how pain patterns after chest surgery affect a patient's recovery. Researchers followed 204 adults who had chest surgery, tracking their pain and recovery quality with questionnaires. The goal was to identify which pain characteristics might predict a slower or more difficult recovery.
