Inclusion Criteria: Patients were eligible for inclusion if they had experienced an acute stroke or a seizure occurring at any point after a previous stroke. Exclusion Criteria: Patients were excluded from the study if they did not meet the inclusion criteria or if diagnostic procedures could not be performed in accordance with the research protocol.
