Summary
This study tested whether adding a special sensory stimulation to standard physical therapy could improve facial symmetry and function in people with facial palsy after a stroke. 36 adults aged 40-55 took part, receiving either the combined treatment or physical therapy alone for four weeks. The goal was to see if the extra stimulation helped reduce lip droop and improve daily facial movements.
