Doctors check how well Kids' surgery pain is controlled

NCT ID NCT07392827

Summary

This study observed how well standard pain management works for children after elective surgery. Researchers watched 219 children aged 0-18 years and measured their pain levels in the first hour after their operation using age-appropriate pain scales. The goal was to understand the effectiveness of current pain control methods without changing any treatments.
