NCT ID NCT06857513

First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 26 times

Summary

This study looks at how people who needed a breathing machine in the ICU for more than 48 hours are doing years later. Researchers will check for physical, thinking, and emotional problems that can happen after a long ICU stay. They want to learn how common these issues are and how they affect quality of life over time. About 90 adults who were in the ICU between 2021 and 2023 will take part.
