First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 21, 2026 · Updated 26 times
Summary
This study tested whether the drug nortriptyline could help teens and young adults (ages 13-21) with headaches after a concussion. Participants were randomly assigned to take either the drug or a placebo for 4 weeks, and their symptoms were tracked weekly. The trial was stopped early and only enrolled 8 people, so no strong conclusions can be drawn.
