Could a second round of chemo after liver surgery keep cancer away?

Summary
This study looks at people with colorectal cancer that spread to the liver. After successful liver surgery and initial chemotherapy, half the participants will restart chemotherapy (FOLFIRI) and half will receive no further treatment. The goal is to see if restarting chemo helps prevent the cancer from coming back over three years.
