NCT ID NCT06501482

First seen Feb 04, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 11 times

Summary

This study looks at people with colorectal cancer that spread to the liver. After successful liver surgery and a good response to initial chemotherapy, half the participants will restart chemotherapy (FOLFIRI) and half will receive no further treatment. The goal is to see if restarting chemo improves the chance of staying cancer-free for 3 years. About 254 adults from French hospitals will take part.
