Summary
This study tested an online program called LEAF (Life Enhancing Activities for Family Caregivers) to help reduce stress and improve well-being in people caring for a family member with Alzheimer's disease. 386 caregivers either took part in a live video group, a self-guided online version, or a waitlist. The program teaches simple skills to increase positive emotions and reduce feelings of burden.
