First seen Feb 05, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 15 times
Summary
This study looked at whether combining a gentle hands-on technique called Positional Release Technique (PRT) with specific exercises works better than PRT alone for people with chronic low back pain. Sixty adults aged 20 to 65 with ongoing back pain took part. Researchers measured pain, disability, and muscle endurance to see if the combined approach offered extra benefit.
